The development of “Costco apartments” will be experimented in Baldwin Hill, CA, according to Yahoo! Projected to be 800 apartments, about 184 of them will be “low-income” to help the area of South Los Angeles with their housing crisis.
According to The Wall Street Journal, construction should wrap in 2027.
I feel like this would make grocery shopping WAY easier! It seems like a convenient place to start experimenting with an idea like this!
