Casinos may be known for poker tables and high-stakes glamor, but a new venue in Las Vegas is betting on something different—UNO. The classic card game, a favorite among families for its simple, fast-paced fun, is now the star attraction at the new “UNO Social Club” opening at the Palms Casino Resort.
The club, just off the Strip, is the first of its kind and part of a larger plan by Mattel to launch UNO-themed venues across the country. Ray Adler, VP at Mattel, says the goal is to reinvent game night by mixing social fun, nostalgia, and competition in a real-world setting.
