Uber Is Offering Free Rides . . . to Kids Who Fail Their Driver's Exams?

For teenagers, there’s nothing greater than scoring a driver’s license so they can head out on the open roads.  But it doesn’t always work out on the first try.  And in those cases, one rideshare company has your back.

Uber has just announced a new promotion . . . specifically for teens . . . where they’re offering up to SIX FREE RIDES if you send them proof that you took a driver’s test . . . and FAILED.  (???)

They say it’s their way of “covering” kids until they have a chance to re-take the test.  But it could also be a sneaky way of indoctrinating them into the rideshare world, where they may think, “Okay, maybe I don’t even need a license.”

Either way, it’s a generous offer.  Each free ride is worth up to $20 . . . so $120 total.  (Meaning you can’t take a free Uber across the country to Coachella.)

There is one catch though.  The offer is only available on brand new Uber Teen accounts.  So, if you have an EXISITING account and you fail your exam . . . they’ve got nothing for you.  Also, it isn’t valid in California for some reason.
