Welp, I thought Starbucks was a company of the people, but it looks like change is a-comin’ in 2025. The company’s open door policy is coming to a close January 27th. On that date, customers can no longer come in just for a chat with friends without making a purchase. In order to sit or use the bathroom, you must make a purchase.

While this might make a lot of sense from a business perspective, Starbucks was known for welcoming anyone in their doors, now it just seems like they don’t care! I’ll still get my Starbucks but...rude.
