It’s official: 25 years ago The Sims was released!

February 4, 2000 is a day in history we have to celebrate the release of one of the most popular computer games. One that made us want to dive into the world of simulation, and enjoy all the fun actions...like dancing!

I loved getting to build up the homes in The Sims (and I may or may not have used the codes “Rosebud” or “motherload” for some extra cash).

In honor of the 25 year anniversary, the game is re-released, according to the Daily Mail.

The Sims shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, that there will be 25 hour live stream! The stream will feature Doja Cat and Latto.

Was there a version of The Sims that you loved the most? Let us know in the comments!
