The 2025 Met Gala is happening May 5th. It’s a charity event for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute that raises eight-figure sums, according to Vogue.
The theme, according to Vogue, is Superfine: Tailoring Black Style. The influence explores the importance of clothing and style to the formation of Black identities in the Atlantic diaspora.
The co-chairs for the Met Gala include Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, A$AP Rocky, Pharrell Williams, and Anna Wintour. LeBron James will also serve as an honorary chair.
Who will be in attendance? According to InStyle, Zendaya, Doechii, Simone Biles, Tyla, and more will be making their appearance!
Who duo WON’T be there this year? Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.
