The queen of Easter eggs, Taylor Swift, has certainly left Swifties reeling with her latest Instagram post.

The caption reads "A showgirl knows to save some of her best tricks for the grand finale…" and fans think this could hint at a double album.

Taylor Swift has made it clear on the New Heights podcast that this album is strictly 12 songs.

But Taylor is no stranger to surprising fans with more.

She surprised fans with Midnights (3AM Edition) and The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology at 2am. Could she release a “grand finale” version of The Life of A Showgirl at 1am?

Taylor has been very intentional with this new era giving countdowns. I feel like this may be a thing! We’ll have to see October 3 what Taylor Swift has up her sleeve.
